Palm oil advantages for agriculture & nutrition

Since 1990 developing organic oils,  Sandrine Crassous know how appreciate many palm oil benefits for our nutrition and our environment impacts:

1- Only vegetable oil with balance between saturated & unsaturated fatty acids, as mother's milk fatty acids in humans. 
2- The richest edible oil in antioxidants, so no needs to add additives
3- Very rich oil in insaponifiable matters as phytosterol, prostaglandin, tocotrienol...
4- Very stable oil in a cooking pan, hot oven: less free radicals in your food.
5- Not any GMO palm oil in the world: actual varieties are very good in it's natural way.
6- Much more satiety effect compared to other liquid oils in our food.
7- Best oil against climate change: more CO² taking on fields, excellent yields making economy on lands.
8- Hypo allergenic oil -no allergies on it-: palm oil is a pulp fruit, as olive oil (both are hypo allergenic).
9- The oil extraction have no needs of solvents nor any technological chemical.
10- Refining have no need of caustic soda (as the liquid oils need).
11- Only oil to have tocotrienols, a powerful lipid antioxidant (60 à 100mg/g)
12- Unique glyceridic structure -fatty acids over glycerol's-.
13- Only vegetable oil to be an option to toxic hydrogenated oils.
14- Only vegetable oil to be fractionated in liquid and solid oils by simple pressure.

There are other peculiarities in palm oil? Yes.

a- Victim oil: many important countries have tried to stop palm oil imports, to protect own lipids (butter, animal fats, hydrogenated oils, sun oils). Anti-palm campaign was made in the USA (70's and 80's) and in France (2009).
b- Palm oil is the oldest edible oil found on earth (in 4500 years old Saqqarah pyramid in Memphis, Egypt).
c- Best vegetable oil yields on earth: about 20.000 pounds/hectare; about 8 to 9 times more than other major oil seeds. This also helps to keep this oil as cheapest vegetable oil. And as cheapest oil, palm makes good money for all the line, from small producers to crushers to all the industry players!
d- Palm oil is the only big crop among oil seeds but also among all world crops, to be 100% done by hand!. That makes a development model in all tropical lands helping the poorest people in these third-world countries. A couple of small land owners can have a good living with only 4 hectares. That makes a choice for them outside drugs production!
e- Palm oil is the fist, maybe the only world commodity to have an international certification scheme for sustainable production. This was done by the world leaders in palm oil to preserve tropical lands against deforestation. www.rspo.org

f- Only vegetable oil adapted for so much applications: food, cosmetics, soaps and cleaning products, renewable bio fuels.
g- Palm oil tree have a fruit that have 2 very different oils: palm oil made out from the pulp and palm kernel oil made with the kernels only.
h- In frying palm oil is the best vegetable oil: as palm oil is much thicker than other liquid oils, penetrate much less in the frying product. French fries done with palm have nearly half oil content compared to soy, canola or sunflower oils.
